In the heart of Venice, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, a 14th-century residence has been reborn as an exclusive luxury destination. Palazzo Rota, Luxury Apartments is the new project by Studio Marco Piva for Pacini Group, the result of a meticulous restoration carried out in collaboration with the Superintendency for Architectural and Landscape Heritage of Venice.
I was responsible for the photography and video production of the completed project, capturing both the architectural essence and the refined atmosphere of the six apartments, each inspired by one of Venice’s lagoon islands.
The imagery highlights the dialogue between memory and modernity that defines the interior design: fine materials, immersive color palettes, and details inspired by Carlo Scarpa’s architectural language come together in a seamless balance between heritage and contemporary living.
